At AmmoJoy, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location listed on your return label.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
